about

This is my first album and i can say i did it for me, for my self-realization, to express myself. That's not to outweigh with money. So the tracks are for free and I am really thankful for every single listener. Feel free to post your impressions and opinions.

This album is my try to take a trip under the shallow, under the surface, into the deeper psyche, take a deeper look on it. On memories that lead to feelings.Often to unpleasant ones. They are sometimes just too painful to bear. So they lead to the inner darkness, where you search for a light at the end of the tunnel, a way to come clear somehow. That's hard to find on your own.The search takes too long so you dive deeper into depression.Feeling help- and powerless. So you just drift through the days and weeks. The distance to the surface gets bigger and bigger and the way back longer and longer. Until there seems to be no turning point anymore. You glide into the sea of madness.

My thanks go out to my brother Matthias, who inspired me and taught me playing instruments; to Mrs Sievers who changed my perspectives at least for a moment and who initiated that i finally make music. Thx to Alex, who gave me patiently a lot of technical support. I also wanna thank Leyland Kirby and GAS, whose art gave me courage to make this kind of music. You can do whatever music you want.Everything's okay if it's okay for you.

I make music for self-realization, for expressing feelings and for trying to process experiences especially from the past. The music i make as Sorsh has a deeper and a more ambient, electronic touch than the one i make as Old Nobody which has more guitars and rock elements ... more
